This Privacy Policy Note (in the information defined as “Privacy Policy”) is provided, also pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”), to those (defined in the information as “Users”) who connect to this website (the “Site”) owned by the Owner whose data is reported in point 7 of the information.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe the processing of personal data of users who connect to the Site and/or who use the functions and services made accessible through the Site itself (for example, by way of example only, participation in competitions and initiatives, reception of commercial and advertising communications, etc.).
The information concerns only this Site and not other websites that may be reachable by Users via links found on the Site itself. Users are invited to carefully read the Privacy Policy before providing any type of personal information and/or filling out any form on the Site that requires the entry of personal data.

1. TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED
The Site Owner may collect some data such as anonymous and aggregate information while browsing the Site, name, surname, residence, gender, place and date of birth, User ID, password, email addresses, photos and/or other personal data provided voluntarily by users through registration on communities, noticeboards, forums, newsletters, by sending messages and/or e-mails, on the occasion of participation in competitions and/or initiatives forwarded by the user through the Site.

2. PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
The personal data of the Users of the Site will be processed exclusively according to the purposes and methods described in this Privacy Policy and in compliance with the provisions
applicable of the Privacy Code. The processing of personal data may consist of one or more of the following operations: collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, communication to third parties, blocking, cancellation and/or destruction of personal data. In accordance with the will expressed by the user, the processing of personal data will be carried out – depending on the case – for one or more of the following purposes:

3. METHODS OF TREATMENT

The data processing is carried out through automated tools (e.g. using electronic procedures and supports) and/or manually for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected and, in any case, in compliance with current regulatory provisions on the matter in full compliance with the principles of confidentiality, correctness, necessity, relevance, lawfulness and transparency imposed by the Privacy Code.
Suitable security measures will be observed to prevent the loss of Users’ personal data, illicit or incorrect use of the same. The user’s personal data will be retained for the period of time appropriate to the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed.

 
4. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA

The provision by the user of certain data (indicated with a specific asterisk in the relevant online registration and data compilation form) is necessary – depending on the case – to access some reserved areas of the Site and/or to take advantage of some specific services . The provision of data for all other purposes (for example, for marketing purposes or monitoring the use of the Website) is optional and does not, therefore, prevent access to the Website.

5. SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA

For the pursuit of the processing purposes (indicated in point 2 of this Privacy Policy) and within the limits of what is strictly necessary, the personal data of Users may be brought to the attention of employees and collaborators according to and within the limits of the duties and tasks assigned to the themselves. Furthermore, the subjects appointed by the owner who provide the services available on the site (system administrators) may become aware of the personal data of the Users.

c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identification details of the owner and of the person responsible for the protection of personal data (Data Protection Officer);
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representative
in the territory of the State, of managers or appointees.
6.3. They have the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this requirement is proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
6.4. They have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
Users can exercise the rights listed in point 6 of the Privacy Policy, as well as know the complete and updated list of data controllers, by sending a letter to be sent via ordinary mail to the address in the following point (point 7 of the Site’s Privacy Policy ) or by sending an email to info@mktgadvisor.co.uk  Where applicable, Users also have the rights referred to in the articles. 16-21 GDPR (Right of rectification, right to be forgotten, right to limit processing, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right to complain to the Guarantor Authority. 8. DATA PROTECTION

The data are collected by the subjects indicated in point 7, according to the indications of the reference legislation, with particular regard to the security measures provided for by the GDPR (art. 32) for their processing using IT, manual and automated tools and with strictly related logic to the purposes indicated in point 2 and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves.

9. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy may, over time, undergo changes and updates (also connected to the possible entry into force of new regulations, the updating or provision of new services). In the event that substantial changes are made to the use of data relating to Users by the Owner, the latter will notify the Users by publishing them as clearly as possible on their pages or through alternative or similar means. Users are also invited to periodically consult the Privacy Policy page to find out about any updates and changes.
